I was a startup founder — anxious, exhausted, and buried in work that no longer made sense. I couldn’t see the path forward, only the weeds. So I stopped. And I started asking deeper questions.
That’s when the real work began.
I’ve always been drawn to systems: how they grow, adapt, or collapse.
I grew up at the intersection of cultures — a first-generation American navigating identity, power, and marginalization. I trained in kung fu, studied the origins of virtue, and learned to see not just what’s happening — but why.
The Senseai Institute is built for the part of me that knew where I was going, but needed help defining the path.
And it exists for others who feel the same.
